Administration
The administration module can be considered the heart of Avalanche. Without effective administration, it is not possible to efficiently manage you returnable transit packaging. In the administration module, you can register and manage all the necessary information. The settings and data that you enter apply to all further actions you perform in Avalanche. You can determine to what extent you would like to register the data.
Transactions & balances
With the transactions & balances module, you can enter, modify and request transactions. Additionally, you can use these transactions to view the balances held by your business-relations. Manual entry of transactions takes place in one of the ‘horizontal‘ screens or in the ‘vertical‘ screen. These ‘vertical‘ screens can be configured to suit your requirements so that only the fields that apply to your company are displayed.
Reporting
Flexible reporting is an important module with which to gain insight into your returnable transport items. Avalanche offers transaction-, balance-, indicator-, and financial and official document reports in various layouts. The most extensive version of Avalanche contains more than 50 different reports, ranging from simple transaction reports on location- or account level to extremely extensive key figure overviews.
Rights & roles
Avalanche is equipped with extensive rights and roles management. This module makes it possible to clearly define and manage the access rights of users or user groups; you are able to define, modify and delete various roles and their corresponding rights. Furthermore, users can be allocated to these roles in order to determine users’ rights within the application. You can allocate multiple users to a role.
